You are not seeing this by accident. Hello. My name is Mizell Fisher. For over 20 years I've been in the fitness industry, certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine ). I'm also an Army Ranger, Desert Storm veteran and a collegiate athlete. I have created a functional and sustainable training program that will challenge you and get you in the best shape of your life. But not only that, I will help you create a mindset that will make this journey to not be only a temporary fix, but something that is sustainable for the rest of your life. I want to show you how to shift the mental block and push past the days of telling yourself “I'll start tomorrow.” There is no tomorrow!!! IT STARTS TODAY!! Your physical, mental and spiritual health are the most important things to having a happy and healthy life of longevity and of giving back. I'm very excited to introduce myself to you and for you to start this journey for yourself. I look forward to you becoming the best version of you. A version that you could’ve never expected.
